Sanctity of Marriage

I don't believe homosexual couples should be married.

I personally believe that homosexuality is a sin, and imho gross, but that wouldn't give me the right to prevent marriages. Not legally anyways.

So, I can't back up my claim, and I won't try right now.

It looks like within the next 24 hours, it won't matter in Alabama anyways (or in the 40 something other states that have ratified similar amendments). I've still not seen any legal evidence against homosexual marriage in any of the arguments though. It depends upon whether or not the statistics that the Senators have presented will sway the Senators that aren't convinced.
