protection for the shooter

i don't have a problem with it.

I look at it this way...I'm gonna protect myself regardless of whether there is a law to protect me or not....if a law protects me, the better off I am. Just don't come break into my apartment thinking you won't get shot...I'll be waiting. I'll be nice..use a small caliber lol

exactly, and how are you going to regulate that? because after the fact, when the other guy is dead, he cant fight it and say he didnt threaten the guy.

Uhm... witnesses, like I just said.

Witness accounts almost never hold water in court, they dont see things or see and remember what they want to remember. That just doesnt work.

Better than nothing...
