My how his position has change hasn't it? I never thought that he would be this open with the democrats. He has done a 180 from right before the elections.

I think it's a shame the way he has damaged his party.

There must be a lot of Republicans who were faithful to a flaw feeling like Bush pulled the rug out from under their feet.

Welp, when things change, you can either roll with it or try and fight it. I suppose he is wise to roll with it.

He is mistaken in my opinion in thinking Pelosi and her bunch are going to "work" with him .
They will try to do many things in the next two years , and anything that fails will be blamed on Bush , and anything that succeeds will be "theirs" !

Don't you think the rebpublicans would do the same if the roles were reversed?

Perhaps so , probably certainly so , but I think the Democrats will do it in a very nasty way .
