Funny how the democraps can say out of one side of there mouth that " it would do nothing to ease energy prices while handing unneeded benefits to a profit-rich oil industry." And out of the other side hand out those huge profits and benifits because of there legislation to stop oil production. What about the 150+ refineries that were shut down back in the day. If they relaxed the EPA laws seems it would be easier to fire up the old refineries first?

Because the old refineries are extremely dirty, and we don’t need to be

putting that into our own countries ecosystem.


So why relax EPA regulations, they shut these things down in 1973 for a

reason. But as Brent said, I’m willing to bet with modern tech. we could build

A much cleaner set up. There for we are getting the benefits of oil refineries

On our soil and not all the issues caused by the old oil refineries from the 60s

And 70s
