In posing for pictures at the dinner presented by the Royal Family, Dubya waxed a huge smile. This big grin was an unusual public display of pleasure by the appointed president.

Was he smiling when he heard about the deaths of scores of Brits slaughtered in Istanbul?

Perhaps.

Oblivious.
This guy is so wrapped up in his belief of his mission that he truely believes that any deaths are sacrificies that must be made for his crusade ordained by God.

Yes, and his mission is such that those who disagree with him are, in fact, getting themselves into spiritual trouble with the Deity.
