I think you're going to find most folks will have the same reaction than I (and others above) did to your request for an email address to become someone's friend.

You have not explained why this is necessary. People will feel that you have an alterior motive for asking this, and will not comply.

Well, chocolate is nice, for sure, but I'm not sure on how much of a conversation I can make of it.

My doctor has recommended that (along with other things) that I don't eat chocolate, due to a medical condition.

What sort of chocolate do you like to eat? White or dark? Solid or bubbly?

You know, Mr Riddler, you would spare yourself lots of frustration if you just dropped this silly quest and actually set out to be a friend to people around here. They might never give you their email, but some would relent enough to consider you a friend.
