I am trying to get the right translation for "excel together" so far this is what i've come up with "Excelsum simuli" . This motto meaning that we are gonna achieve the highest together cuz no one is left behind we will always exceed somebody else. it's all about excellence, together as one.
Also, this one " there's always someone you need to get ahead of and there's always someone trying to get ahead of you"

I don't know how you came up with "excelsum simuli", but it certainly
doesn't mean "excel together". Excelsum is a height or a lofty place. Maybe
you meant simul (at the same time) instead of
"simuli"?

In any case, I would translate it:
Una Excellite

Una --> (adv.) together, as one
Excellite --> excel

That other sentence I'll have to think about a bit.
