Ok, so one tab says "Read Question" and the other says "Read Discussion".... that's not the the major difference is it?

EDIT: i do see one feature the question section has. it gets forced into the unanswered area.

The big difference is that questions can have answers. The author can select the best answer, awarding the response with a nice, red ribbon. Honest. You can do that. You have been empowered.
