I think the coolest is Stewie from Family Guy but I think Ike's cuter that's why he became my
Avatar.
P.S. Ike's also Canadian!
I doubt anyone will
vote for Maggie, she's a terrible baby and doesn't even talk.
My favorites are a
toss up between Popeye and Olives kids and Donald Ducks nephews.

Can't remember the kid's name, but Spike (the dog) was always the one getting
in trouble.....trying to keep the kid out of trouble.

But My favorite Cartoon baby is my baby because of whenever I am upset with her, she always make cartoon faces and I love that, But my baby's favorite cartoon is Donald Ducks.
