Mailer daemon bounce back

I'm really angry. I opened my job hunting account this morning and discovered a delivery failure notice.

It's the fault of monster.com. they ought to provide decent addresses.

The job was with HoughtonMiflin. Those of you who know me in real life know that I have been looking for work in publishing and that publishers hate people over 40, let alone over 50 like me. The job was administrative rather than editorial but what the hell. HM is a particularly hard company to apply to because they have an arcane computer system that does not accept emails generated by MACs.

I need to work soon: 6 years of earning less than $10,000/annum are weighing on me.

I continually think of how I am the same age as Willard Romney and Arnold Schwartzennegger and how they waltzed in governorships without experience and in Romney's case without personality. I don't want to be governor: just earn a living . If I'm too old, they're too old.
