Schwarzenegger's massive loan plan for California

Just as we deserve President Bush because of our stupidity so do the Califorinians deserve Arnold.

His promises may be like the actual "I'll be back" scene from "The Terminator," where he shot up the police station. Putting California in debt in economically unpredictable times may be a choice that we'll all later regret. The loan has to be paid back and predicating it all on a hope for a protracted boom like the 90's is gambling at best. Governing is not a turning of the slot machine tumblers.

The news media has climbed on Ahnold's bandwagon in publicizing the pork in California's budget. The same pork that's been their since I can remember and it remains to be seen if it is really saving the taxpaper enough money to turn things around. I doubt it even though I don't like the pork and it's put in place by both parties benefiting their constituency. Is Ahnold willing to cut the Corporate pork out with the social program pork?
