English to Latin Translation

Hello,
I'm looking to translate the phrase, "Always Learning".

Our family heritage/motto has the word Semper/Sempar (not sure on spelling) which I understand is "Always", but the translators I find on-line don't use this word.
Any suggestions?
Thanks,
Chris

@Buc Caronport,
I'd suggest:
Semper Discens
Semper --> Always
Discens --> Learning
