Is it terrorism to hijack the planes and/or boats of a country?
Is it terrorism to direct and support individuals in paramilitary groups whose intent is to murder and/or injure people?
Is it terrorism to instigate biological attacks upon a country's food system?
Is it terrorism to introduce dengue fever or other plague like diseases into a country?
Feel free to weigh in with your comments and opinions. I, for one, shall not be commenting upon anyone's replies.

Would it not be suitable to use "will" not "shall"?
Is it terrorism for a government to have its agencies fund terrorists?
Is it terrorism for a government to have its agencies engage in terrorism?
Is it terrorism for a government to develop WMDs and then use those WMDs on other countries?
Nor will I use the information from any replies in any other threads or postings at A2K.
