Even thought it's rather late for culinary adventures, I'm about to start cooking a "chilli con carne with chocolate". (Never cooked it before, with or without the chocolate. )
I've been meaning to cook it all day (ingredients all ready to go) but was thwarted by sluggishness & feelings of flatness.
But now, at this ridiculous hour, I feel inspired!
Rolling up my sleeves now & about to start chopping onions.
