@msolga,
It's 8:15 am on Saturday, the 21st of May. Just had a pineapple and mango yogurt and am drinking a cup of tea.

It's a beautiful, sunny and WARM day - hurray- this has been the coldest May on record for like fifteen years or so.

I'm going to hang out my laundry and then go take a walk in Ebbor gorge looking for a bluebell woood I saw photographed somewhere - I'll take the dog so she gets her walk.

I'm thinking of how I can fit my grocery shopping in on the way back from the gorge - but then I'll have the dog, the groceries AND the recycling in the back of the car - okay - I guess I'll do the recycling before the walk.

And then I'll come home and make a friend's birthday dinner.

Right now - this minute - I'm going to call her and see what sort of cake she likes (she's an early riser too).

@msolga,
thank you msolga - actually, it's Saturday, the 22nd May - not the 21st- sorry.

I like days like today too. I was so tired last night that I fell asleep on the couch and slept all night there. I woke up with the sun shining in and my first thought was, 'Oh no - I've overslept'- and I was all set to jump up and rush around trying to get ready for work on time and then I remembered - it's Saturday- I don't have to jump up and do anything- I can relax.

Cooking up a storm. Wondering if I'll be dining alone or with my friend. She's been enjoying a "romantic interlude". I told her to just turn up if she could make it, or not come, if she can't. Either is fine by me.

May I encourage those folk who usually don't contribute to these A2K chatty threads to join? (I can see a few of you around!) We'd like to hear from you, too! (That's if you need the encouragement, of course! Smile )

Making breakfast, lounging around, avoiding grading papers.
Off to my nephew's birthday party to which I contributed by drawing a big buffalo as a darts target. There is also the first Pride march in Slovakia today I want to see and a big punkrock festival in the evening.
