@Ragman,
I usually order pancakes for breakfast with sunny side up eggs, and bacon.

I chop up the eggs with my butter knife, then eat my pancakes with syrup on it, while dipping it into my eggs. yum

cool. I will admit to a guilty pleasure. Now and then I will have sausage links and/or Canajun (thick cut) bacon.

It's 9:18 PM in Saint Petersburg, Florida and my son is sound asleep in his bed, my hubby is sound asleep on the sofa!

10:15 pm in eastern ontario - just got up from a nap - it's 22 c - i should go for a 30 minute walk - but not sure that i will - i did 15 minutes this afternoon - so parhaps another 15 minutes will do - i like to do 30 minutes a day minimum.

must not forget to drink plenty of water .

I get my exercise working around the house, but I should get more exercise. I did go out today, and did some shopping, so I did walk a little. Mr. Green

As a matter of fact, my bp has been doing pretty well this past week averaging 120/69.

Im up doing a raccoon watch. Weve had some disturbing casualty losses of chickens lately and I want to reward the perp.

There is a family of racoons in residence around here, in Queens, NY City. Hard to believe ?
I kinda like them; thay r safe from my gunfire.

One of them marched across my left foot, at nite
a few summers ago. He paused n looked up at me.
He seemed to be at peace with the world; tranquil fellow.

7:00 am here just to the south of you. weather seems normal and toasty nice this morning. No big storms on the horizon for the area. I just went with my dog Brady for our constituional. I sure glad that he carried a people bag with him.
