Sitting here drinking coffee, A2King & contemplating what needs to be done this week .... with a bag of frozen peas around one of my ankles .... cold but necessary. Twisted my ankle out the back a while ago. Ouch, ouch, ouch. Should've turned the outside light on when I went out there, shouldn't I? Might have seen where I was going.

Off to bed soon I think.
Enough excitement for today.

Will that interfere
with your hanging upside down, as u insist on doing, down there ??

ahhh bummer. I hate sprained ankles they can be quite painful and can ;ead to more serious turns that can leave you bedridden. Go easy on the walking for a while be deliberate in all your steps.

It hurts & I have one very fat ankle. In fact you could say one foot is ankle-less.

Thankfully not too chilly, though ...
Quite a bit I need to do today, but think I'll proceed with caution ... for obvious reasons.

Monday, 6:15 pm, 81.2 degrees F.
Just back from early dinner/late lunch (dunch?) with a couple of friends.
We've found a homey old fashioned kind of coffee shop restaurant. The food is nothing to stand on your head about but, on the other hand, the ingredients are fresh, the staff is real - that is they are not robotically saying words they are told to - and the clientele seem to be mostly geezers and geezer couples. The oddity is that we three are now of similar age..

Now I'm back home with the big woof. Time to fix her evening repast.
