Nostradamus and 2012

It's instructive to see how the 2012 prophecies have been manipulated by mass culture. Nearly all of the 2012 visionaries see the date as a harbinger of a new and enlightened consciousness for humanity, but the wizards of televi sion have transmogrified this vision into something that looks very much like a fundamentalist's Last Judgment.

in 2012 i think there will be a paradigm shift.
the internet, wikipedia, google.. making information free. when knowledge has always been worth more than money. the upper class always having better education and access to information, controlling that information was key to maintaining power.
what happens when people realize governments in any form are institutions of slavery?
what happens when they go wow i want food, i can create a green house and grow whatever i want?
when i/you can know the truth without being decieved by an organization based on monopoly of currency production?
what happens when we figure out globally religion is a plague? the mere words of corrupted men trying to maintain power to boost their egos?
when we realize money is only colored paper, and governments only exist as ideals perpetuated through violence? and when they are gone, all we have is ourselves and our knowledge/skills/tools?
when one person rebels its a lsot cause.
when everyone rebels its a revolution.
my guess is the governments will start to strangle the internet through censorship.
they are going to have to.
oh wait, look at australia.
