Mr.Clean eraser is great product to remove any kind of ink and stain in all kind of furniture

Try rubbing it with a cloth dipped in turpentine.

I remember my school days when my chemistry sir used to apply acetone to remove the writings of students from desks, mostly it happens while the examination period lolzzz. So you can either use acetone or baking soda to remove the ink stains from wooden furniture.
