I HAVE JUST EATEN SOME TOFU CRAP THAT WASNT TOO DISGUSTING

@farmerman,
I love tofu - but not like a tofu burger or a replacement as some sort of meat. I like it in many asian dishes. Yummy!

Ah, I will make sure that we get the tofu from our local asian market from now on - to be honest I didn't realize there is a difference. Must be why my dishes with tofu are not as good as when we go out or get take out.

The Lovely Bride makes dao fu (tofu) in oyster sauce that is fantastic.

I'm very familiar with those sorts of recipes. You sorta have to watch the person doing it to get the gist, don't you? Very Happy

I had made plans to leave Lady Diane, sell all my worldly possessions, move half way around the world and spend the rest of my natural life with msolga but this tofu thing has cleared my mind, tonight i will be eating alaskan king crab and a petite filet mignon with a baked potato smothered with sour cream, butter and chives. so sorry msolga but a man's gotta eat what a man's gotta et.

I've personally never been interested in anything soy. Don't care if it is made to be tasty or not.

tofu mixed 30/70 with portland cement makes a good top coat for stucco if applied with a nylon broom.
