You lucky duck!! I will guess it is wonderful.
I'm a tad odd as someone who has designed a lot of stuff and tried to be straight to clients re my views of the land, which, combined in short, is live lightly on it. I'm not pure, have designed big places with others being head of firm, but on my own, no. There is probably still a woman designer out there enraged at me for not coming on board to design a garden plus cantilevered pool. (I think she just wanted to get my license in her client packet and thought that I'm nice, that we could work together. Never heard from her again after the big fat no from me.)
I've no recommendations. Maybe a deck and a small cabin with refrigerator/heater and cot.
