Translation from English to Latin

Hmm . . .
None of my dictionaries had a translation for "appreciate" in the sense you
mean it. The best I can come up with is "be grateful for".

Gratus esto pro illis quia habes

I would keep looking for a better translation, or at least have this reviewed
by someone else.

For quia read quae; habes would better be generic subj. habeas.
You could say maximi/magni aestima quaecumque habeas.

Why would you prefer the subjunctive?

generic subjunctive = 'the sort of things that you have', 'whatever things you have'.
