I thought that the internet based organization, The Pen, was an affiliate of American Prospect magazine.
However, I am no longer certain that this is the case. I forwarded a petition from The Pen which was aimed at Obama, asking him to govern as he campaigned and not be as open to the right as he is.
The people I forwarded it to . . . who I thought would welcome it because it was to go to the WH rather than a third party and because it had some valid points to make . . . became upset with me. They reacted as a right wingers do!
What do you know of The Pen?

Moi, I've never heard of it.

only that it is mightier than The Sword...
That reminds me of my complaints to Richard Nixon
that he campaigned much further to the right,
then turned to his left while governing.
I demanded that he be faithful to the rightists who elected him.
I never heard of The Pen.

Presumably this is somehow responsive to POM's question and relevant thereto?

Yes; it reflects off of
the petition to which she referred for the same relief, backward.
