I have had a really cool chunk of mystery wood that I keep sitting near the stove.

it finally spoke to me, and I am going to start carving it this winter when I can make some down time with a clear head. (I know, I'm getting all hopeful again...)

it's gonna be really cool. a wizardly kinda old mage thing...

@Rockhead,
I flick a booger in your general direction.

I am not dense. You did not explain youself well.

Ok. Maybe the Nyquil as kicked in and I should just head for bed. Yep - baptist booze. Good stuff when you can't breathe through your nose.

@Rockhead,
I like that. Sounds like a fun project. I do that with Gold Fish boxes and such...maybe I will post a picture of my garbage art. Smile

I think you would appreciate it. Smile

@Rockhead,
That's perfect. No stance on drinking and dancing. That works well.

I love my baptist heritage...but I have had to start educating them a bit. But - that's a whole other story.

@ehBeth,
That is true enough. It looks a little odd sitting and dancing. I have noticed that driving to work in the mornings...of course - you gotta do what you gotta do.

@Rockhead,
I see the warm fuzzies in it all. I missed the fire and brimstone for some reason.

Hugs you.

going to bed.

day 3 starts out not as good as the first two...

but I have time to bring it around.

I was thinking last night about dogs and cats. and love...

getting a dog to love you is easy. got bacon? pant pant pant, I loooove you...

you forgot my water yesterday, that's ok. got some bacon...?

but cats are more difficult. and have incredibly long memories. and don't believe in forgiveness. (they were created from a female spirit)

to get a cat to have empathy for you requires devotion and trust. and time.

stinky for president...

hmmm.

called my old friend the former salvage owner (where the '55 ford is coming from) to tell hem I wasn't gonna make it over there today. but that I bought a box of valve stems, so he should not buy some also. we would then have 100 of them and I need 2. and he needs a few left over for if I come use the tire machine again.

I have my own, but his is newer and much cooler than mine. his is a rim clamp machine. mine is an old coats...

anyways.

he is gonna bring his blood sugar tester Monday and we are gonna sit down and figure out how to keep track of mine for a little while. his idea. old coots are the best friends a sick guy can have, I tells ya...

getting smoky all fixed up with a plate. only missed by a half hour. he and I have quite different dining time preferences. I had told him I would feed him by seven when I started all this at about 3.

my ribs are falling off the bone tender and smothered in his favorite sauce. he's being cranky because he doesn't like being treated special...

back with mine after a while.
