it's a hunnert degrees outside today, spendimus. with 30 mph winds.

I've been pricing my plumbing project online, and sourcing tools...

thursday I work all day at the arena, so wednesday I hafta mow at the new house.

I'm thinking of taking up a hobby...

If I had a personal chef, I could conquer the world.

I spend half my life cooking and shopping for meals...

moved all the vehicles and mowed the backside of the trailer.

and did some recycling...

hoping dinner tastes nearly as good as it smells.

kinda whatever I had around. plus canned salmon...

still kinda wonky, but tomorrow is scheduled as needed mostly.

I will text the honda kid and make sure he's coming when I get around tomorrow. I don't even wanna know now...

good golly, when did a2k become the hub of british kitchen remodels...?

my dinner is so good I will make it again. on purpose...

with a little more spice. dill prolly.

but my belly is full, and my head is almost not throbbing.

been watching twilight zones with dink.

(he's in the kitchen finishing his salmon now. he stinks up the place when I let him eat it in the bedroom)

the dumpster has left the property.

I had to hold the overhead wires up a little so he could safely get away, but it's gone. and no extra charges for having it so long.

country folks are the best...

now I gotta get the honda moved up for exit.

I can recommend basking in the sun.

I melt in the sun...

basking is best done in the moonlight. with a partner.

no, I don't have time for one of those either...

kid just texted me back. he's on his way for the honda from northern Kansas.

I best go mow a path and air the tires up...

speaking of melty sun...

friday the pattern breaks. but there are starting to be some clouds at least for now.

I need to find myself a good stylish straw hat.

stylish is the hard part...

off to jump on the mower and make a road past the chickens and into the pasture. I'll take the air bubble to save on trips.

here's hoping I left the keys in it...

keys were in it, tires all held air.

I mowed a road, then hooked up a chain and slowly pulled it up front by my lonesome. better that than showing a stranger all my toys hidden in the weeds out back.

got it pulled up by the drive and rinsed off.

nice little car...

he should be here shortly with a trailer and winch.

that's manscaping in Kansas eh

mowing the road to the pasture is prolly more in line with manscaping.

I still have flowers and plants around the house.

honda is gone.

my pocket is noticeably fatter.

3 years of storage netted me a profit of $440.

and I didn't lift a wrench on it...

now I'm going to town for some chow. and water. we are outta drinking water again.

and I think Ima run by the new house and water my plants over there. maybe haul off the last of the loose brush.

having some new benjamins reinvigorated me more than I thought it would.

been a lotta money rolling out with no income to offset it...

Get yerself a Slogger. I've got two, a brown and a grey. I don't know about stylish, and they're cotton, but they do the trick for me here in Valley del Sol.

"I don't know about stylish"...

I'm glad I didn't have to bring that up.

I got all my goals accomplished today. even had a fish dinner while it was still hot.

got a load of brush on the truck that I will unload in the morning.

still think I wanna try and mow there tomorrow.

finally got back to sleep this morning, and was sawing logs.

he left apologizing, but happy with his car just the same.

I'm gonna take my brush out back and put it on the pile, and then I think I will go over and help mr vw install a stereo in his toyo pickup.

he is afraid to cut holes in the door panels...

one last day of heat...

tomorrow while I am working at the arena the front comes through.

mebbe with rain.

so while I am in town, I am gonna mow the yard on the house.

maybe take out some more brush.

Ima jump in the shower and try to get to human. glad I emptied my truck last night. no way I feel like doing it before I leave this morning.

gonna go over and ride in with mr vw. that way I don't have to take all my tools outta my truck before going to park it at the arena. it's safe over to his place while we are gone...

everyone I talk to is going to the state fair tomorrow because the weather is cooling way off.

now I know where I'm not gonna be on friday...

I'm on afternoon break until 10 tonight. over to mr vw's. he's sleeping, so I gotta type quietly. and no tunes...

I got the hiccups from hell. I'm afraid Ima wake him they are so harsh.

but we had a good morning.

I was paired with a cute little gal that listened and worked hard.

I'm kinda hoping I get her again on the out. time passes nicely nicely that way...

feels kinda strange being a floor boss instead of a rigger.

but I can deal with it for now.

pretty certain to need me as a rigger for Tim McGraw and the Beagles...
