take one of the plug wires off, and get another plug to connect to it. ground the plug on the exhaust manifold and see if you get a spark when you have a helper crank the motor.

if you have spark, you prolly need a new electric fuel pump.

but we can test further first.

also, you might try thumping on the tank to see if you can coax the pump to work again for a short while, once you decide it might be a fuel problem...

bought another waterboxer vanagon.

they're very heavy.

and when they die they really grenade...

So you bought it to sell it for scrap?

I have not done what you said yet - planning on lifting the hood and doing it today...before the severe weather sets in. Gah - this January weather is killing me.

spring is apparently in the air.

big cat fight yesterday after I fed the outside wildcats.

I stepped out to see what all the catterwauling was about.

all the girls were attacking Neptune.

even baby kitty was jumping on and wailing.

fur and spit everywhere...

I finally had to break it up, as much as I liked seeing him get his...
