@dyslexia,
and it wasn't a tranny, that was firmly up in the frame.

it was a borg and beck style pressure plate. (3 finger)

about 20 lbs.

i got careless cuz i was tired and my helper was awol. (he does that a lot)

ima feel this one for a week or so. hadda wrestle it in, too.

I knew it went way too smoothly the first time through.

tuna salad time...

bottom side is done. (on the rocks, i dint wanna push it back in)

clutch feels tight and nice.

muh head is fine. finger hurts worse. (wrenching in a splint does not work)

gonna hang the starter from above, dog bless slant-six dodges, and take her for a spin...

For some reason - the word "****" is less offensive to me than "turd". And you actually got under it. It's a lovely picture. Razz Wink

Glad the head is not hurting too badly - sorry about the finger though.

oughtta be interesting, considering my limited diet.

oh well.

might be headed someplace more interesting and profitable for a while.

(clutch is correct, but i think ima hafta start a fire in the stove before i can work. it's flippin' cold now)

inside for the night,

went and planted the rest of my garden for the year first. in the rain.

mini punkins.

and baby wallamelons.

it's starting to look like a real garden.

walked around my gardens at the house today. (still raining)

my scarlet runner beans have broken the surface. moonflower bushes as well.

I saw a largish treelike yellow day-blooming cousin of the moonflower the other day. very cool and tropical looking. but they were in planters with a bunch of crap i dint want, and the lady was unsure of the real name.
