Is bearfoot good. It used to be. It's cheap.
@roger,
It also depends where you live - in Mass it costs $3 something because of our taxes. It may still $2 in some states depending on the taxes - not sure though.
Good cheap wine

Wishing tree Unoaked Chardonnay
"Kesar Kasturi" is the best and the cheapest brand name of the wine. But it is a local brand, which is popular only in India.
@Amigo,
You can find great under $20 Pinot Noir from the Languedoc-Roussillon region in France, the Patagonia region in Argentina and from Chile. Occasionally a great sub-$20 Pinot Noir will pop up from Central Otago, New Zealand.
@Amigo,
I used to drink Vella cabernet sauvignon in a 5 litre box for about $15. The price can't be beat, it's an excellent wine, and being sealed in a bag it lasts forever.
