I just saw the documentary “Muscle Shoals” and I think everyone on this thread will love it.

I've just spent a good chunk of the morning listening to Postmodern Jukebox.

Some very cool covers, done in unusual ways:

@tsarstepan,
I didn't recognize this cover at all. Had to hear the original to remind me.

A K-Pop girl group took the whistle theme from Quentin Tarantino's Kill Bill and turned it into dance music.

@izzythepush,
Very good!

The lead singer with the guitar reminds me of the young singer from U2, before he became Saint Bono of Dublin.

@Lordyaswas,
They don't seem to take themselves seriously. Looks like they had a lot of fun making that.

@Lordyaswas,
Are you watching TTOTP from 1978 on BBC4 Thursday Nights? Heart Of Glass is No. 1, Hit Me With Your Rhythm Stick no. 2. Well it was last week anyway. It's like being 15 again.

Staying with ska, have you heard this? I don't know if I'd say it was better than the original, but it certainly holds its own.
