I personally don't think that it could possibly have anything to do with a bad memory. How could that be when it can happen in virtually the next posting?

I think you need to go to your settings and make it that no number of negative ratings for a post put it below your threshold.

Scroll all the way to the bottom of this screen. Click on "My Preferences".

Edit: Or click here.

Change "Enable Post Filter" to "No" and then click "Update".
