I personally would like to see this guy tried in NYC in civilian court just to show some spine... but honestly I don't care one way or the other too strongly. take the son of a bitch out in the woods and shoot him ...that's okay with me.
But Obama.... make a statement of intent on something and then do it for God's sake.

I was just reading about this. Politico is reporting that the president will take an active role in deciding where KSM will be tried. Seems they're waiting to see if the funding will pass.
My guess: He'll be tried in a military tribunal.

Just because the guy can't make up his mind? Aren't you being a little harsh on Obama?
Oh wait...
His defense will only claim that he can't get a fair trial in NYC.
Will a military tribunal trial allow him to be tried in Germany?
How can this be a military trial, anyway?
@Bi-Polar Bear,
I'm surprised NY
doesn't want this guy themselves.
perhaps he's finally getting the message.... every journey begins with a small step

NPR has learned that the Obama administration is close to deciding that Khalid Sheikh Mohammed " the self-professed mastermind of the Sept. 11 attacks " will be tried in a military court.
The move would be a major reversal in the terrorism case. Attorney General Eric Holder announced weeks ago that Mohammed and four other detainees would be tried in a civilian court in New York. Fierce political opposition to the plan appears to have prompted an about-face.
