You may be thinking of the verse in Mark
"What therefore God hath joined together, let no man put asunder."
The Latin Vulgate bible renders that as:
Quod ergo Deus iunxit homo non separet.
If you wanted to substite "Latin" for "God", you could say:
Quod ergo Latinitas iunxit . . .

The literal translation of the phrase you submitted would be:
Quod Latinitas contulit
