It takes six weeks for the holes to heal. Make sure to keep the pierced area clean for that whole time.

@anthony 6799,
You can start taking earnings from your ear soon's you learn how that trick is done. (But, please, don't spend those earnings all in one place.)

(And, btw, what's 'pericing' mean? I looked in this thread hoping to find out.)

@Merry Andrew,
good earnings are to be had hear and thear

one tight one and one loose one is the best pericing

from pericles (etymology: greek surrounded by glory) with pricing at your peril on the whole

ive heard some put a cornucopia in an extended lobe in as much as they mimic the dinnerplate lip hole but we hardly hear of it a smooch as we'd like to

@farmerman,
if pain persists see your otolaryngologist

if the ear nose and throat specialist can't help have the guts to see an enterologist

@anthony 6799,
Six weeks is what they tell you at the piercing place. Eight weeks is a little better. (My daughter and a few of her friends recently got their ears pierced, not all at once but staggered, the ones who took out the earrings at six weeks seemed to have more problems than the ones who waited for eight or more weeks.)

make sure you keep the studs clean and wash your hands b4 you clean your ears. if you have to take them out b4 6 weeks 4 some reason (sports) you can use a size 16 post gauge in place of the other. you can get post gauges at hot topic
