George Bush "Resume"?

I've come across the "Bush resume" once or twice, and I'm having trouble finding a person or site that has gone into finding facts for it.

I've pasted the resume at the bottom of this message, and I have the feeling that it could be both true and false. Obviously the person who wrote it doesn't like "Dubya" very much (neither do I), but before I send something like that around, I want to be sure that its factually correct.

Does anyone know about how true these points are? Or is anyone up to the challenge of checking it themself?

* I am the first president in US history to order a US attack and military occupation of a sovereign nation, and I did so against the will of the United Nations and the world community.
