I am not sold, however this claim that we need to empower the Haitian government, the one that does not functionally exist, and then setting up a UN/Aid agency government to actually govern is troubling. Why the charade? And why is the UN government so inept? I dont think you are correct, but I cant explain it either.

You only have to look at any "government" that the US created in any one of the countries that the US has raped and pillaged to know that I am, indeed, correct.
