Should have gone to Duane Reade to get that pint of ice cream. Still can because it's a 24 hour store but I'm trying hard to refrain from such action....

Well, you can go to the refrigerator and have a swig of Fusion, like in the commercial. Voila, all veggies in few gulps, no dirty dish.

Oh, you're getting to be like Phoenix (hi, Phoenix!) - she is dismayed about us all perhaps once a year, usually in the heat of summer. Perhaps with good reason, but we carry on, nonetheless. Meantime, we've some new brains and wit.
I plan to have another tilapia sandwich (+ herbs) with pickles and mayo on oatnut toast, just like last night, after which I had some very engaging dreams (think it was the protein).
