@Stradee,
It's me, it's me.

It's ehBeth.

A2k doesn't recognize me tonight, so I've set up an alternate account. Hopefully, I can remember my new name if A2K can't let me back under my original account.

I hope all the WildClickers have had a good day, and are on the right side of a good night as well.

Hugs to you and all of those you love.

@Stradee,
I'm me again. Sent an email - got an authentication key - and changed my password "back" to the password I've been using for the past decade at Abuzz and here. Oh well.

The gala isn't til later in June. We're in practice practice practice mode.

Me too, dan. A tad overcast today...who knows what a few hours will bring weatherwise.

@danon5,
bucketing rain here in Tranna

I should have paid a tiny bit more attention to the weather guy on the radio - it was not "it will rain", it was "it's raining" - a raincoat for the walk to the subway would have been helpful

on the upside, when my pants dried, there were no wrinkles left

@ehBeth,
Laughing

Three drops of rain today...i'm all weathered out!!!

Brought Bootsie to the vets today...poor baby has an ear infection...antibiotics.
Blind in one eye (doc said trauma (?) no clue) and her other eye is losing sight also. I can't for the life of me figure out what the heck happened to her eyes!
Doc said maybe retina detachment? From what? sigh

Blood workup (results tomorrow) a push of fluids and meds today at the vets and continued antibiotics for a few more days at home. BB's perked up a tad since we got home, and navigating better also. Such a sweet girl, can't help being concerned and worried for her.

@Stradee,
Here's the save all cure all - at least around here - Ok, you ready Stradee?
"Poor baby, Poor baby, Poor baby"

You should feel better now. It is a requirement to repeat it three times here at the Hamptons. Seems to work.

Hoping for the best for Bootsie.

@Stradee,
Glad to hear the good news, Stradee.......

Here's a short (big) puppy tale to help cheer you up =
Man came out of store to see a large, long, black hearse go by heading towards a nearby cemetary. To his surprise, about 50 feet back of that was another large, long, black hearse --- followed about 50 feet back of that by a man walking his big puppy on a leash. The man and the puppy were being followed by about 200 or so men all treading along in line about 50 feet behind. The man's curiousity got the best of him and he went to the man and his dog asking who was in the first hearse. The man walking his dog said it was his wife and went on to explain that his dog had attacked and killed her. The curious man then asked who was in the second hearse. The man with the dog said it was his Mother in Law who had tried to help her daughter when the dog suddenly turned and attacked and killed her........... The man was silent and thoughtful for awhile and then said, "May I borrow your dog."
The man with the dog said, "Sure, get in line."

@danon5,
Neat huh Very Happy

You can find the bags at Costco or Sams Club.

Lasts forever (unless you have a pool) but i believe you only add a few cups directly into the filter system by the side of the pool or directly in the water.

@danon5,
With multiple cats running around the house, (and living in a space where there is no way to hide kitty litter) discovered that placing baking soda inside clean litter pans, then pouring litter on the top, pans stay fresher longer, easier to clean litter (no clumps form on the bottom of the pan) and there arn't kitty pan odors floating through the house.

Baking Soda's a wonder! Good stuff

@Stradee,
There aren't Costco and Sam's Club near here so must go online to order in bulk.

You're right, it's wonderful stuff.
