There's no denying that the Democratic Party has been in big trouble ever since the Bush takeover. But what is the cure for this illness? This op-ed piece has a little analysis. This kind of thinking makes a lot of sense, but are the Party bigwigs willing to listen?

Both parties seem to struggle with their candidates being too far to the right or left, which ever the case may be. Once elected they usually end up moderating anyway.
