i am "new" to wine... i have found several different kinds that i enjoy, but i face a problem, my boyfriend only likes very sweet wines like moscato, i'm in search of wines that he and i can drink together that would be sweet enough for him but still have depth and allow me to explore new flavor notes.
@KnewTwoWine,
LOL When I read the title I was thinking you was refering to the window emulator software used by linux not wine wine!
Being a geek can lead you down the wrong path indeed.
Why by the way can you not have dry wines for yourself and sweet wine for him?
@KnewTwoWine,
May I suggest Mad Dog 20-20?
Seriously,
I'd suggest you wean your boyfriend off of "sweet" wines so that you 2 can explore together.
welcome to A2K
@BillRM,
thats what i have been doing so far, i was just hoping that i could broaden his horizons a bit...
@panzade,
ha ha about the md 20 20 that stuff is awful... i got so sick from it when i was about 17
a 20 year tawny ( I think that is how it is spelled) might be a good mix for both of you. A 50 is fantastic
