@Joeblow,
Once as a kid, I was walking by a house (actually several, but one in particular caught my attention) - I heard some loud knocking which caused me to look up at the window. There stood this young man naked. In that case, obviously it was quite different. I was on the sidewalk walking home in the middle of day and this boy was obviously trying to capture my attention through knocking loudly.

I didn't say nothing to anyone. However, several days later, this teenage girl had this same boy drop his drawers right in front of her - after that we never saw the boy again.

Here's an update on the original case

http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/36239042/ns/us_news-weird_news/?GT1=43001

"FAIRFAX, Va. - A man charged with indecent exposure after two women said they saw him naked inside his own home was acquitted Wednesday by a Virginia jury."

Any thoughts?

@mm25075,
Well, this day and age it wouldn't surprise me if someone was doing it to shock someone. IF he was standing in an exterior doorway with the door wide open...I am pretty sure he was trying to be seen - but it's his word against hers.

If he is walking around in his house naked - well - that is his right. He might want to get some shades though since his house seems to be pretty close to the road given Virginia's laws about nudity.

When i lived alone, i frequently went naked in my apartment after showering, either in the evening or on weekends. I also had blinds on the front windows and the door was closed. I think this guy is probably a certified goofball.

@Setanta,
We live on a high hill - we can go naked anytime we want to.

It does seem suspect that he had two different people catch him.

But I guess flipping him the bird as he hung out of the door in all of his nakidity taught him a lesson. And getting busted. Pretty sure he will make sure the blinds are down from now on.

@mismi,
I wonder if the lady with the kid had tried to take a picture of the man for proof, if he could have gotten her in trouble for photograpahing him in that state of undress.

@mm25075,
If he was hanging out of the door - I'd say he is fair game...now if she was shooting through the window - it's questionable. Sounds like the law leans toward any nudity that can be seen by others as a no no. Taking a picture for "proof" - I dunno.

One time I was walking down my street at night in Brookline, MA. I was on the sidewalk walking past a first floor window. There was a lady standing there stark naked putting on her nightgown. I really didn't think too much of it except to think "she should really get some shades" and I kept walking. Suddenly, she screams out the window "PERVERT!!! COME BACK HERE!!!"

Not knowing it was ME she was screaming at I ran back. She started screaming every expletive in the world at me. Then she threatened to call the cops on me for looking in her window! I said, "please call them and get yourself arrested for flashing!"

I could argue that she was standing in front of this huge window and wanted to be seen! But her reaction indicates she did not!

She stopped screaming and just yelled out "F..K YOU!"

I was left wondering...what did I do???

@NickFun,
She was really hoping you were a pervert and that you would come running back to have a fun time with her. It was an invitation you dummy! Then she got angry that you didn't accept her, that she went on the defensive.

Happens all the time.

@Linkat,
I blew my chance! Maybe one of the cops had his way with her later. I didn't stick around to find out.

There comes an age where you can't give it away, perhaps she was of that age
already.

@CalamityJane,
Actually she appeared to be in her mid twenties. I think she was just a bitch.

I used to walk home from a second shift job by the same route every night, and there was an alley which lead almost directly to my house. One night, as i walked down the alley, i happened to glance at an open, lighted window, and realized it was a bathroom. There was a young lady there, and she was rubbing some sort of skin cream into her upper body--which was completely nekkid. I stopped for a moment, feeling stunned, but then hurried on, because being a peeping Tom ain't cool.

This happened a couple of other times, and i was pretty sure it was a show she was putting on--it seemed to me that she was aware that i was there, but was pretending that she wasn't. (Think about it--someone walking past a window, ten feet away, is going to be walking through the light cast into the night.) It actually began to creep me out, so i started walking home by a different route. Even a little initiative on her part to cop to the game might have worked, but she did this three times, and every time, acted as though she didn't know she was being watched.

Tell me ladies, how often do you go into the bathroom, pull up the shades, open the window, turn on a bright light and start rubbing skin cream into your boobs, hmmm?

Wow . . . that is so weird. I was just calculating, and that was 37 years ago--the spring or summer of 1973. I had forgotten about it completely until i read Nick's post. I'm pretty sure i wouldn't want to see her doing that now.

Probably not even remotely close to the number of times that you've fantasized it, Set. Smile
