I wish to lower my blood pressure. I understand that eating foods that are high in magnesium, potassium, and calcium would be helpful.

Which foods are high in magnesium, potassium, and calcium?

@gollum,
Hi gollum

Magnesium rich foods are chlorophyll rich ones like spinach, and green peas.
Nuts and whole grains as well.

Bananas have a very high potassium content, apricots and avocado too,
cantaloupe and squash.

As for calcium, skim milk has a higher calcium content than any other milk,
cottage cheese has a high content too, so has tofu and yoghurt.

So a banana split would be just perfect.

@gollum,
You'll probably find the info in this topic of use:

Jespah started it when she was looking for suggestions of foods that were rich in calcium and iron.

And this thread should be helpful to you for the potassium and magnesium foods. It is many pages, but worth the read so you can educate yourself about these minerals and the role they play in our bodies.
