I think you mean "loose" weight, Chai. Get with the program, and I don't mean Weightwatchers.
What I have done several times over the years
to lose w8 is: just drink water for 6 days a week.
Drink large volumes of water every day.
I was good for ten pounds off a week or better.
Its very mental; u can only do it if u r syked into it.
If I got hungry, I aborted.
It used to be that I got ideas, memories of good food
popping up into my conscious mind, trying to seduce me.
Thay had something like a sexual allure in my mind,
but no hunger, otherwise: I aborted.
Go cook in a mining camp. I just lost 14 lbs this last 6 weeks. But i no this is tung in cheek enyway.
