I have had a tattoo done recently of the Goat of Mendes, which has around the extremities of the points of the star the name of the creature of the sea, Leviathan. I believe this is written in Hebrew as LVThN, but am uncertain, and don't know the Hebrew equivalent.
After meeting someone who speaks and writes Hebrew, he told me that the characters were incorrect.

If this is so, it is clearly something that needs to be ammended. Could someone please write this in Hebrew for me?

It is a little late to be doing the research, don't you think?

Sounds like the word you want is "liwyatan". Try googling it an see if you agree.
