I couldn't get a lot of meaning out of the video (jerky on my computer, and some not-good camera angles for lipreading), but a thought I had while watching is that this guy has years of experience being a stand-up comedian -- who better to deal with hecklers?

It all looked very Minnesota too though (in terms of respect/ niceness).

True, on another site the members were nonplussed by the whole "angry mob" title. That is neither a mob nor very angry.
