What of dog is it - looks a little like a labradoodle, or a Briard.

Doesn't look right for a briard. My guess would be labradoodle or mix of labradoodle and something else.

It might be the picture, MsOlga. We do spoil her with treats but Lilly is so
active and gets tons of walks, she's not heavy. Here is an attempt to get a
good picture for our Christmas cards. She just won't sit still....
