I think I saw those very same speedo guys last at the Somerset Jingle Bells Run in late December last year. Well, it's hard to tell if the guy was the same, but the look certainly was: Santa-red speedo, Santa cap, and nothing else. Also, I never heard such frenetic applause from female spectators as I saw at that Jingle-Bells run. Probably just a coincidence.
