I wouldn't mind making a little extra money - but these things scream of scam to me!

Anybody have any experience of these things, or know anything about them?

Er - thank you!

I have never actually made money FROM taking the surveys but I know people who do.

Some are kinda "scammy". Others are just a pain (they usually make money from getting you to sign up with their affiliates).

You can't make much per month but when they come around (the number of surveys is usually limited) you make a decent amount for the few minutes it takes.

Just beware of getting on ones that use your email to make THEIR money.

I'd use a email address just for this purpose, the "catch" for many of these companies is to get you on mailing lists etc.

That's not very much at all. How much time do you put into it to get that?

I make about that much a too, Husker. Every now and then I'll get a check for $100, but the most common ones are for $20.

The survey company I work with does a drawing for folks who respond to the prequalifying survey (prizes range from $20 to $100) and then, if you are selected to complete the survey, you automatically get a $20 check.

I'll take a look at the small print on their website and see if non-US folks can participate. If so, I'll post it in a PM to you both.

You don't have to be a US citizen - I followed a link on this very forum, and it includes people from other countries.

If it's okay with the moderators, I'll post the link to the survey company in this thread. Wasn't sure if I'd be able to since I sometimes profit from answering the surveys. Until I hear otherwise, I'll continue to just send it in PM to people.
