A Fickle OfficePro CD

Hi all,
I have OfficePro 2003 on CD, which I installed on my PC back then. An attempt to install it on another PC just purchased have failed - messages to the effect "Please insert a CD" occur every time; this when the disc is already in there. It clearly fails to read this disc, while not having any difficulty reading others. Any suggestions as to how I can get around this problem would be appreciated.
