That's usually pretty complex. You need to find the url to the flash file that serves their video, and often have to add in query parameters to it to tell it what video to play.
It's often doable, but you need to do things like read the source of the page, or build a special url that will play the video.
Ha! Deb, I was looking at this thread again today to take another look & came across this video you posted - which I couldn't see or hear before. I love it! Absolutely delightful!

@msolga,
This sarcasm put me off trying to explain it better last time, but I've explained it a bit here:
If you have specific video sites in mind I can give more specific instructions for those sites but an open-ended question about posting videos leaves a lot to explain. The basics are there in that post though.

Thank you again, Robert.
But I think it'd be wise to master the YouTube link-thing first!
(You were being sarcastic? Gosh, I was so caught up with trying to master the video link thing at the time that I didn't even notice. How dare you! )

Youtube is very easy. Just go to the video you want to post, and on the right there is a "URL" to copy. Copy that and paste it into your post. So far that's pretty similar to just posting a link to youtube, so all you do next is highlight the youtube url and press quote (or anything really) on your bbcode toolbar. Replace the 'quote' part of the tag with 'youtube' and you are set.
This sounds a lot more complicated written out than it really is, so I made a quick video to show you. I have no microphone on this computer so it has no sound. But you should be able to follow along with the steps:
1) Copy url from youtube
2) Paste into a2k post window
3) Highlight the url
4) Quote it
5) Replace quote with youtube
The video ended up being pretty small on the embedded size, and is faster than I did the steps so let me know if it's hard to follow.
So's to keep this thread free for "technical stuff".
Thanks.

@Robert Gentel,
Nothing of interest to anyone here, I promise you.
I've just re-posted Robert's instructions - for easy access - & I'm going to do a few test tries. See what happens.
So carry on on your other threads. This promises to be boring!
