Hat:
A hat is a headcovering. It may be worn for protection against the elements, for religious reasons (such as the pope hat), for safety, or as a fashion accessory. In the past, hats were an indicator of social status. In the military, they denote rank and regiment.

So, this will become my collection of hats that interest or amuse me. Feel free to add ones that you like.

apparently the guy walks around new york like that and charges people to take pictures of him or with him
